Dr. Jha brings extensive expertise in academic operations, content innovation, program delivery, and faculty development. Over the years, he has successfully conceptualized and scaled EdTech verticals, led large-scale government-funded skilling initiatives, and built impactful collaborations across industry and academia.
His proven track record includes designing industry-aligned curricula, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering outcome-driven training programs across sectors such as BFSI, AEC, Logistics, IT, and Healthcare. Known for forging strong B2B and B2G alliances, Dr. Jha has worked closely with NSDC, Sector Skill Councils, and CSR partners to drive employability-focused skilling interventions at a national level.
